Experiences

Some of the best gardeners in the country are found in our audience. And, we're guessing that many of you have some different or innovative gardening ideas or stories that others might find helpful. Please send us yours!

Following are several we found worthwhile.

My tip is about daylilies. There was a beautiful orange flower open on my daylily bush but the next morning, something had eaten it off. Finally somebody told me what happened. Daylily flowers only live for a day. Then they fall off. Duh. Sylvia

When you work with the public in a high stress job like I do, having a garden to come home to is what keeps me sane all day. I walk along and pull a weed or clip a flower and all the pressure from the day just melts away. When it snows or rains, I have GardenSMART to look at. Same result. Thanks. Walter
