If you are looking for a shrub with WOW! appeal all season long, the Dream Catcher Beauty Bush is for you. From the time the first golden leaves emerge in the spring with the branch tips brushed in pink gold, you know this is going to be good. Next come shell-pink flowers. Once they fade, the shrub is still a showstopper with leaves of light yellow and gold. It even puts on a fall show of red and orange. Dream Catcher Beauty Bush will fast become your favorite landscape plant as you watch the ever-changing color display of the leaves. Who needs one season of color when you can get them all?

Dream Catcher Kolkwitzia amabilis does best in filtered sun although it can adjust to full sun after a season or two. It makes a graceful mounding fountain of color. Its deer resistant too. If you need to prune it, do so right after it blooms although its natural form is very striking. Grow it in USDA Zones 4-8 in average, well-drained soil. Keep it watered in times of drought.
