Step 1: Lay the chairs on a drop cloth in a well-ventilated area.

Step 2: Apply one coat of Exterior Oil-Based Wood Primer and wait to dry.

Step 3: Apply 2-3 coats of Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel, letting the paint dry in between coats.
