Fall Blooming Plants

For many gardeners fall is the time they start to wind down, the garden can start to look a little tired. But James has some great looking fall bloomers. This is the first day of fall but there is still so much color in this garden. The Sedum with it's great red color, covered with bees is a wonderful addition but there is so much more. They have anemones which are fabulous in fall. Anemones often have white flowers but they also come in pink. Another great plant is the Caryopteris. It is one of the most vibrant blues in the garden. And for those that like chartreuse foliage or a variegated foliage Caryopteris comes in many different flavors, if you will. There are so many different options for fall. In the Boxwood garden they have standard Hydrangeas that have a later bloom. Fall doesn't need to be a boring time in your garden.
