Consider Irrigation
This garden is designed very well but it is also irrigated very well. They try to use plants that are drought tolerant and tolerant of
Ohio's conditions, however they do have to ensure survival, especially during establishment. These plants were planted in September, in
order for them to be hardy enough for winter the roots needed to be well established. They use a pop up sprinkler which is an industry
standard. They must be pop up to get over the foliage but they also must be low to the ground, otherwise their snow plows would shear them
off. An intelligent use of water.
