This Valentine’s Day weekend, plan to fan the flames of romance with a beautiful and cozy fireside evening. Enjoying time with your loved one around the hearth creates a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and is a perfect way to celebrate love.

A February night by the fire is a way to relax and rekindle flames of romance. There is an undeniable enchantment in sitting by a crackling fire. Flames dance and shadows flicker to mesmerize you in their warmth. The soft glow of firelight casts a gentle ambiance and bathes the room in hues of gold and amber. The crackle and pop of burning wood is a soothing and romantic soundtrack for your night.

The sweetest of our hardwoods that you may like to burn is cherry wood. Cherry creates a long-lasting burn with a subtle sweet aroma that will fill your home with its delicious fragrance.

Unlike denser woods like oak and hickory, cherry wood has a milder and lower burn. It produces warmth without overwhelming heat. Its sweet aroma can help create a romantic night in for your Valentine. All you need to do is add your favorite spirit, your choice soundtrack, and a snuggly blanket.

So this February, let the outside world fade away. Sit by the fireside with your loved one and ignite a primal sense of camaraderie by sharing stories and laughter. Relax by the fire for not only warmth, but for the flames of romance and connection.
